Pendleton, Oregon

Jill's Journal: I am seriously loving this 16,000-strong town of Pendleton, Oregon (probably a lot more than my husband and children, who are most definitely not loving the drastic change of weather from mild and cool to sizzling hot). But if Eastern Oregon is this “western” and winsome, I cannot wait to see Montana.
