First Day of School

Jill's Journal: I learned something recently: the summer feels a lot shorter when you’re the parent and the teacher than it does when you’re solely the parent! The girls have been itching to start school for weeks. Today we took the plunge.

They were so eager to get going this morning. Breakfast was eaten in record time. The two little ones could barely contain themselves for a photo, while Erika patiently endured her Mom's need to take a snapshot. We now have a 2nd grader, a kindergartener, and a beginning preschooler. Boy, am I going to be busy, but it's going to be a great year.
